* This fee applies to Students, PhDs, Post-doc under 30 years old. Identification cards or similar status proofs will be asked to be provided during the registration process.
** Reserved for low & medium- income countries and to whom requesting it (e.g., retired scientists). The application must be motivated and sent to the Organizers by 22 February 2023. The grant will be evaluated and assigned by the ICCGE-20 Organizing Committee.
The registration fee includes: attendance to all scientific sessions, congress kit, lunches, coffee breaks.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Organizing Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 15 April 2023 will receive a full refund minus a € 50 for administration fee. Cancellations received between 16 April 2023 and 1 July will receive a refund of the fee minus a € 200. Later cancellations will not be refunded. Substitute delegates will be accepted. Registration can only be confirmed once payment is received.

The Conference Dinner will be held in the iconic National Railway Museum of Pietrarsa on Thursday August 3rd. Located by the sea, it has a beautiful view of the Naples Bay, mount Vesuvio and Capri island. It is the place where the first Italian railway was born in 1839!
The cost of the ticket includes: transfer from the congress venue to Pietrarsa and return, after the dinner, to Piazza Municipio and Piazza Garibaldi, welcome drinks and snacks by the terrace on the sea, dinner in the halls of the Museum.
